The Israel Finals of the Cleantech Open Ideas Competition were held at Pearl Cohen Law Firm offices, in cooperation with Capital Nature and Israel Export Institute.

3DSignals, a pioneer in machine hearing for industrial machines, offers an innovative cloud based predictive monitoring solution that collects sounds from industrial machines and equipment, analyzes the acoustic data, and provides meaningful insights. Awarded 2017 Entrepreneurial Company of the Year by Frost & Sullivan, 3DSignals’ mission is to transform sound, currently an untapped data source, into an attainable resource to better understand machines' health and help increase their uptime. Speaker: Hagay Keller: CEO, Hagay brings with him 20 years of extensive managerial and international business and market development experience. He held various managerial positions in leading Israeli tech companies and is a graduate of the Executive MBA program of Bradford University School of Management.

Skilled in product marketing management, product strategies, product positioning, market and competition analysis, identifying and building partnerships with customers and vendors.

 

3PLW

3PLW Ltd. is a biotechnology R&D company that develops an industrial process for production of biodegradable bioplastic from food waste. Extracting higher value products from food waste with near-zero greenhouse gas emissions.

 

Speaker: Amir Oranim: CEO. Formerly served as manager at Ernst & Young, Transaction Advisory Services Department – Strategy
and Financial Advisory Team. Amir managed financial & strategic consulting projects in a variety of industries, including biotech, high-tech, telecom and logistics.
Led major restructuring project for the Israeli Ministry of Finance. Experienced in strategic business
development and conducting of due diligence (commercial, legal and tax), drafting and execution of
business plans, financial models, go-to- market strategies and market research.

 

Synvertec

Synvertec is an Israeli based company established in 2014. Utilizing an innovative patented technology developed at Tel Aviv University, Synvertec helps facilitate high levels of Renewable Energy Sources (RES) to the grid.

Synvertec's funders include a leading seed investment alliance, the Israeli government, and Israel Electric Company. 

 

Speaker: Tal Cohen:

Tal is in charge of all aspects of Synvertec's business development. He has an MBA from Tel-Aviv University and his expertise include BizDev for clean-tech startups.

 

Raycatch

Raycatch is an AI diagnostics technology for solar energy, on a mission to revolutionize the manual PV monitoring market by enabling automated management of solar assets. We lead the solar market to maximum yield and decreasing of operational costs. 

 

Speaker: Haggai Hofland: CEO. Haggai holds a B.A. in Economics and Management, with a specialization in Entrepreneurial Management from the Academit Tel Aviv Yaffo. 

Haggai worked at Watts and More, an Energy startup company as a marketing and data analysis director. Later Haggai joined a small Investment found that specialized in investing in PV assets @ Italy where he served as the COO. Later he co-founded webper, a startup in content media publishing sites, and served as a VP Business Development @ Brighttech, an app & web application software house.
