Amir Shpitalni, Inventor, Founder & CEO, Spiral Supports
Amir Shpitalni is the founder and CEO of Spiral Supports - One of the few low-tech Israeli companies funded by the Israeli Chief Scientist's Office (Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor). Spiral Supports manufactures and distributes an extremely simple and well patented hardware device for the woodworking industry. Amir invented the Spiral Support while still a student at the Electrical Engineering Faculty at the Technion and served as CEO since. Previous to Spiral Supports Amir also founded Sleepy Way - A company manufacturing and distributing a traveling gadget for backpackers, and previous to that, Amir worked as a car journalist and posted articles on "Mishpaha", "Auto" and other Israeli print magazines. Amir is an amateur racing driver, he has filed 3 patents, and lives in Tel Aviv. |
