Dalia Prasher, Co-Founder, New Dimension

Dalia is active in many aspects of Israeli economy and society. She currently invested in a number of Israeli and International High Tech, medcial devices, farma and clean tech companies.

She also contributes her time to various civic non-governmental, educational and cultural organizations.

Dalia is currently-

• A member of the Board of Governors of Ben-Gurion University.
• A member of the Board of Honor MBA program of Ben-Gurion University.
• A member of the Board of Governors of Tel-Hai College.
• A member of the Israeli Advisory Board of the Mirage Foundation, MBA program.
• A member of the Board of IBBC Israel Britten business council.

Dalia was previously -

• The chairperson of Meitar – The college of Judaism culture in Jerusalem.
• A member of the Board of Directors of the Israel Museum.
• A member of Britech the Israel Britten R&D Fund.

Dalia was a founder and Co-Chairperson of the Board of directors of New Dimension Software Ltd (NDS) Israel.

She established, and was the President of New Dimension Software Inc., the company’s American Subsidiary, which was responsible for sales, marketing, and customer support in North America, the company’s single largest market.

She also established NDS LTD Australia for marketing and distribution in Australia New Zeeland and the Far East markets.

New Dimension Software, which developed enterprise software, was founded in 1983 in Israel, was listed on the NASDAQ in N.Y in 1992, and was acquired by BMC Software of Houston in 1999.
