Galya Racine, Founder, Innovation Wise
 Galya Racine, a Strategic Innovator and veteran consultant, with an ability to analyze issues from different perspectives. As an artistic soul trapped in the body of an engineer, she utilize her interdisciplinary expertise to identify innovative ideas, features or opportunities for her clients. By combining business skills with technical understanding and unique insight, she has developed an adaptive approach to innovation management and problem-solving. Galya Racine founded Innovation Wise, an innovation consulting boutique firm. Previously, she was a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (since acquired by IBM). Galya led numerous strategic projects such as empathic study for Pelephone, online customer experience analysis for Time Warner, definition of a customer focused supply chain for Nortel Networks, and CRM analysis for BarnesandNoble.com . Galya teaches innovation at Zell Entrepreneurship Program at the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya. She graduated as a Fellow in the Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) program at MIT. She holds an MS, Civil & Environmental Engineering from MIT, an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a B.Sc., Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University. Galya currently serves as President of the MIT Club of Israel.
