Ayla Matalon, Executive Director
Ayla Matalon became the Executive Director of the MIT Enterprise Forum after 15 years of experience in high-tech and venture capital. The MIT Enterprise Forum of Israel is a chapter of the MIT Enterprise Forum Inc., a global non-profit organization (started @ MIT in 1978) dedicated to promoting the growth and success of high-tech entrepreneurial ventures by connecting ideas, technology and people, providing education and consulting to high technology companies. Previously an analyst at Steps Investments in Technology and Managing Director of the US-Israel Science and Technology Center, and with relevant experience as a software engineer in both Israeli and foreign high-tech companies (Technion - Israel Institute of Technology R&D Foundation, Daisy Systems, Indigo/HP and Christian Rovsing - DK), Ayla has acquired a profound knowledge of the Israeli high-tech sector and its needs. Ayla lectures about high-tech entrepreneurship and business development in the MBA programs at the Technion; Tel Aviv University, Faculty of Engineering; and the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center. To date she has taught in 6 academic institutions including 3 MBA programs, and in total, has given close to 50 courses concerning Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Business Development. She consults to start-ups and early-stage companies, is invested in a few and holds a number of board positions. Ayla has performed on stage and started a Band of engineers in the early 90s. She has an interest in flying, acquiring a private pilot’s license, having flown in Israel and France. Other areas of interest include education and gender equality. She is the mother of three boys. Ayla is a cum laude alumnus of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa (B.A. 1980, M.Sc. 1987). She received an MBA (emphasis on Entrepreneurship) from INSEAD, Fontainebleau (1993).

Yuval Rotstein, Head of Consulting
Yuval is a lecturer on Finance & Engineering Economy and Information Systems Analysis at the Tel Aviv University School of Engineering. Yuval is also a co-lecturer in Business Entrepreneurship courses at Tel Aviv University and had been a teaching assistant in Entrepreneurship and Engineering courses at Tel Aviv University, the Herzliya Interdisciplinary & the MBA program of the Technion. Yuval won the distinguished Rector's award for his achievements in teaching.
For the past 5 years, Yuval has served as the manager of the MIT Forum’s consulting program. In addition to consulting for the MIT Forum, Yuval also consults to start-up companies in the fields of Internet, Apps and software.
Yuval is highly involved with the GEW, Global Entrepreneurship Week, in Israel. Global Entrepreneurship Week connects people through local, national and global activities designed to help them explore their potential as self-starters and innovators.
Yuval is also a project manager and TOC consultant for project management at Malam. TOC Solution design adjusted to the organization's work processes. Managing the implementation of Execution Management System and implementing TOC methodology in project management
Yuval is a cum laude alumnus of the Tel Aviv University School of Engineering (M.Sc). Yuval completed his military service in 2002, where he served in the intelligence unit.

Iris Golani, Marketing Manager
During the last two years Iris has been working as an independent consultant to SMEs, managing marketing and business development projects. Iris's expertise is in consulting, implementation and leadership of marketing and business development processes, marketing communication, management, and development of marketing programs, and business cooperation between companies and other organizations. Iris has over 9 years of experience in marketing and business development with emphasis on B2B and services marketing, in relationship marketing and in adding value with varied, creative, diverse content. Over the past 7 years Iris has led marketing activities in leading business consulting and accounting firms. Prior to joining the MIT Forum Iris was marketing manager at BDO-Ziv Haft consulting and accounting firm. |

Mary Oreny Razon, Business Development Manager Mary joined the MIT Enterprise Forum in January 2012. Her first responsibility is the development of the MIT Forum workshop activity. Mary has over 11 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, especially in customer management, and in implementing multinational cellular projects. She is an MBA alumnus of the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and of Haifa University (B.A in Computer Science and Mathematics). Mary, married and with two children, completed her military service in 1996, where she served as an officer in the Education Force.

Elinoar Hardy, Office Manager
Elinoar Hardy is responsible for MIT Forum operations, in particular for the production of MIT Forum events, workshops and conferences, including supervising registration, facilities and customer contact. Prior to joining the MIT Forum, Elinoar worked in the film industry as a sound editor, notably for the 0scar-winning "TSOTSI", voted as the best foreign film of 2005. Apart from her work at the MIT Forum Elinoar, is a Yoga teacher. In November 2010 she completeed her studies to become a qualified Feldenkrais tutor.
