Davidy Givon Davidy brings 26 years of proven experience and expertise in Business Development, Marketing and R&D in the global hi-tech arena. Currently Managing Partner of BDPlus Ltd., dedicated to managing companies’ fund raising internal processes, business development acceleration services, and active participation on several companies' Board of Directors. Davidy recently held the position of VP Sales and Marketing at Rabintex Industries (www.rabintex.com), a global supplier of ballistic protection products, responsible for annual sales of over $30M. Prior, Davidy managed a company involved in joint R&D ventures and partnerships with global technology vendors specializing in consumer electronics, semiconductor, security, defense, IT, Internet and telecom applications. Previous senior management positions included Marketing Director, North America & Europe, Emblaze Semiconductors (www.emblaze.com), a leading supplier of multimedia processors for the consumer and wireless market; Market Development Director, VocalTec Communications (www.vocaltec.com), a major provider of VOIP solutions, launching successful business ventures with European ISPs, Teleco's and System Integrators; Vertical Market Manager, M-Systems (www.m-systems.com), responsible for developing the FLASH product line for the telecom market; and R&D Group leader, Teledata Communication (www.teledatanetworks.com), a supplier oftelecom access solutions, responsible for both chip level and system level development. Davidy headed a large telecom R&D unit of the Israel Defense Forces intelligence corps where he participated in a prestigious joint US/Israeli venture conducted in the US at TRW Defense Group Redondo Beach, CA (www.trw.com). Davidy holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, with MBA studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. |
