Ronit Maor Ronit Maor is Vice President of Corporate Development and a member of the Board of Directors at modu, Dov Moran’s new company. Prior thereto, Ms. Maor has been Chief Financial Officer at msystems (NSDQ: FLSH) for over 9 years, until msystems was acquired by SanDisk Corp (NSDQ: SNDK) for $1.6B at the end of 2006. Prior to joining msystems, Ms. Maor was a project manager at Tefen, an industrial engineering consulting company. Ms. Maor received her B.Sc. in Industrial Management Engineering (with honors) from Tel Aviv University in 1995. |
